These Terms govern your use of Push & Lift (the "app"), a desktop overlay for iRacing, and the pushandlift-ir.com website (together, "we", "us"). By downloading, installing or purchasing a license for the app, you agree to these Terms.
Push & Lift is an independent, third-party overlay that reads the telemetry iRacing officially exposes to external applications. It does not modify, inject into, or interfere with iRacing in any way. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with iRacing.com Motorsport Simulations, LLC.
Some tools (PLIA, and the AI features inside COACH, RACE and DOJO) send what you ask them — and any file you attach — to a third-party AI provider you choose, so it can answer. Nothing is sent unless you use them. See our privacy policy for exactly what goes where.
The AI can be wrong. Its answers are suggestions, not instructions: check them before changing a setup or a driving technique, and don't rely on them for anything that matters. We are not responsible for the accuracy of what an AI provider returns, nor for decisions you take based on it.
If you use your own API key, the account and any charges from that provider are yours: set your own spending limits with them. The included AI is a free extra with a question allowance; we may change or withdraw it at any time, and it never becomes a paid obligation on our side. Every app keeps working without any AI at all.
Right now we're in open beta: every app is free, fully unlocked, and there's no paid plan to buy. The license terms below describe how things will work once paid plans return.
A paid license grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to run the app. Each license is bound to a single iRacing account and is not meant to be shared. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, decompile or reverse-engineer the app.
New installations start with a free trial with every feature unlocked, limited to one trial per machine. After the trial (or a paid plan) ends, the app stops unlocking full functionality until a valid license key is entered.
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our payment provider and merchant of record — they handle your payment, applicable taxes, and receipts; we never see or store your card details. Refund requests are handled per Lemon Squeezy's standard policy; contact us at [email protected] and we'll sort it out.
The app is provided "as is". We work to keep it accurate and reliable, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we're not liable for lap-time results, race outcomes, or any indirect damages arising from its use.
We may update these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date above.
