Studio and payment documents

The website and software provider is kittcatlab, under the kittcat lab studio brand and the kittcat umbrella. Kitt Cat is the public pseudonym. Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record for purchases made through its checkout. The legal and tax details of the seller appear in its checkout, receipt and, where applicable, invoice. Purchase and licence

Commercial offer: one-time purchase of 49.99 EUR, no subscription, no automatic renewal and no free trial. Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and displays the final amount, taxes, product and payment terms before you confirm. A download is not a purchase. The licence is personal, non-exclusive and linked to the confirmed email; up to two activated computers. You can free an old computer from the app. Purchase availability depends on the live product being configured; no unavailable feature is promised.

Refunds and consumer rights

Request a refund within 14 days of purchase at [email protected] or through the receipt/support provided by Lemon Squeezy. The receipt identifies the purchase. This commercial policy does not waive statutory withdrawal, conformity, warranty or other mandatory consumer rights. Refund or payment reversal invalidates paid access.

Compatibility and AI

Push & Lift is independent of iRacing and Le Mans Ultimate and is not endorsed by their owners. It reads supported simulator data to provide desktop tools. Check Windows and simulator compatibility before buying. AI is optional; the selected provider receives the content you submit. Review its answers and changes before relying on them. Provider accounts, limits and API charges are separate. Local files and images are not automatically published.

Use and changes

Do not share credentials, resell licences or use the service to infringe other people’s rights. Lawful software interoperability and other mandatory exceptions remain available. Keep backups before editing important files. No race result is guaranteed; nothing here excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Material changes to these terms must be notified; they do not retroactively remove acquired consumer rights. Questions and complaints: [email protected].

Already using PL?

Updating preserves your settings. Existing buyers can recover their licence without paying again. Previously registered accounts will receive a 15-day transition after email verification; reinstalling does not restart it. The app will show the expiry date.
