Access, downloads requiring registration and consent forms are for people aged 16 or over. We request a declaration, not a date of birth or identity document. If you notify us of an account belonging to someone under 16, we will investigate and remove or restrict it. The service is not aimed at children.
For downloads we use your email, optional driver name, product and date. Account services also use an installation identifier, access/verification records and app version. Their purpose is access, licence validation, security and support, based on the requested service and legitimate security interests. Age/terms evidence records the text version and language. We do not retain the visitor IP in the application download or lap-permission records; hosting security logs may still process it.
The app sends simulator, apps used, minutes and iRacing ID only when you enable optional usage statistics. They are off by default and can be disabled in Settings. Optional promotional email requires separate consent and email confirmation; downloading, buying or asking for support does not subscribe you. Withdraw consent through the unsubscribe link or [email protected]. Account, receipt and support messages remain separate.
We do not sell personal data or give mailing lists to third parties for their own advertising. Cloudflare hosts the site and account data; Brevo or Resend delivers service email; Brevo handles optional subscriptions; Lemon Squeezy handles checkout and payment data as merchant of record. Optional Discord login and support use Discord. These services may process data outside the EEA under their applicable safeguards and policies. Images and local files are not automatically published to other users. If you choose to attach content to an AI request, the selected AI provider receives it to answer; its policy and any API charges apply. Do not attach third-party personal information without permission.
Only an explicit lap-permission form authorises use of your telemetry to build combined references. It is not permission to publish your original file, photos or identity, nor to subscribe you to email. The record contains driver name, iRacing ID, email, optional note, date, language and consent version. Withdrawal and locating/removing source laps: [email protected].
Language preferences remain in your browser. Fonts are served locally and our pages do not start visitor analytics. We retain service data while needed for the account, support or licence, and restrict legally required billing/security records. Web age/terms evidence expires after one year in its KV store. Anonymised counters are separate. You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, or object to legitimate-interest processing at [email protected]; consent can be withdrawn without affecting prior lawful processing. We verify requests proportionately. You may complain to the AEPD or your competent supervisory authority. Local files and data held independently by payment/AI providers must also be addressed with those providers.
