The layer-based livery editor for iRacing: one button and the paint is on the car.
LIVERY STUDIO paints your car in layers over the official template and installs it in iRacing with one button. The file carries your customer number, so the car does not show up white on track.
Drag to move. Corners scale and the separate dot rotates. At the bottom: grid, history, zoom, undo, redo and rotate view, which does not change the paint. Double click a shape, or press P, to edit its vertices.
With no layer chosen: Base paint, with colour and finish, and the car guides. With a layer chosen:
With no layer chosen, in properties. Car outline, wireframe, sponsor blocks and number blocks, each with visibility, colour and opacity. Grid, with column size and thickness. Car parts, with showing above the layers and Clone as new layers.
Normal, gloss, flat, matte, semi-metallic, metallic, chrome and custom, with its own metallic, roughness and clearcoat.
Paints take up to three colours of your own and a scale. Graphics are lines, transparent patterns that show the background, and badges. Shapes are rectangle, ellipse, triangle, star, arrow, ring, hexagon and finish flag.
Normal, multiply, screen, overlay, darken, lighten, colour dodge, colour burn, hard light, soft light, difference and exclusion.
Add the mask point by point and close it with a double click or Enter. The eraser is dragged, with its size. Removing the clipping mask does not undo what was erased: use Ctrl+Z for that.
Favourite, customer and dates, Show Spec TGA/Finish, finish map download, moving the template to another car, Delete Project and Report a problem.
Ctrl+Z undoes. Alt+← and Alt+→ rotate the view. P or a double click edits vertices. The option to hide the transformer while moving shows what you drag cleanly.
Every option, text and notice of the app, with its real name.
