PUSH & LIFT

AJUSTES

Installing, updating and configuring Push & Lift.

What it is for

Push & Lift is the Suite that opens every app. SETTINGS, at the foot of the menu, gathers how it looks, sounds and behaves, and your account.

Installing and signing in

  1. Download the installer from the Push & Lift website, under Download.
  2. Run it. It is for Windows.
  3. Open Push & Lift and sign in with your account.

The Suite menu

The apps go by groups: PIT, DDU, BLACK BOX and OVERLAYS. Clicking one shows its bench. Collapse menu folds it away. Apps with their own window have OPEN, CLOSE and BRING TO FRONT.

Updating

The app does not update by itself: when opened it checks and tells you.

  1. Open SETTINGS, Update.
  2. Click Check for updates if you want to check.
  3. If there is a new version, click UPDATE to do it now or ON EXIT to install when closing.

The SETTINGS screens

  • Personalization: the look, such as the carbon background.
  • Saved configurations: saves and recalls your layouts, with new, save and delete.
  • The bar: what the bar shows: nothing, rev LEDs, braking LEDs, text, PC performance, Push & Lift usage or PLIA.
  • Usage: what Push & Lift takes on your PC.
  • Stream in OBS: the addresses to paste into OBS as a browser source, with copy.
  • Keyboard shortcuts: change them as you like.
  • Driver profile, Your account: name, email, your plan, check licence, licence computers, share usage statistics and sign out.
  • Web, Manuals and Discord: links. Manuals opens all the manuals on the web.
  • About: versions and licences.

Common tasks

Saving your overlay layout

  1. Place the overlays.
  2. In saved configurations, click new, name it and create.

Changing a shortcut

  1. Open keyboard shortcuts.
  2. Click the shortcut and type the new one.

Checking your licence

  1. Open driver profile.
  2. Click check licence.

In depth

Keyboard shortcuts

  • Alt+H: show or hide all overlays.
  • F6: edit overlay positions.
  • Ctrl+Alt+L: lock or release overlays; clicks pass through.
  • Each overlay can have its own shortcut to start or stop.
  • Previous and next profile: no shortcut by default.

Common problems

  • New version notice: install it from Update.
  • "Windows won't let it be used": another program has that shortcut. Choose another.
  • "No connection to the server": check your internet. The apps need a connection to open.
  • An icon shows the old drawing: it may be the Windows cache; restarting the PC fixes it.
  • An overlay does not respond to clicks: press Ctrl+Alt+L.
